A Support Worker is there to help you with the things YOU want to do. She can help you to explore what you would like to be different in your life, and what steps you could take to change these things if you want to. She can help you to work out how to go about achieving the steps for change, and give you practical help along the way. Sometimes she can assist you with material help. You may choose to work with your Support Worker for one day or many months depending on your situation. (See also Child and Parenting Support options).
